The Chrissy vs. Ke$ha case involved the songs "My Slushy" by Chrissy and "Tik Tok" by Ke$ha. Chrissy created her song is 2007 and Ke$ha created her's in 2009.Ke$ha was;filed for copyright infringement in March 2011, the lawsuit is still pending. http://www.thatsongsoundslike.com/2011/09/12/chrissy-vs-keha/
